The design team for this long blighted property in downtown Fort Myers successfully blended architectural styles from the surrounding downtown area and AC Hotel’s design sensibility to create this upscale boutique style hotel building design.

The project was unanimously approved by the city’s Community Redevelopment Agency as reported by the News-Press on October 2020
