As part of the design team to design improvements for this condominium association I was in charge of 3d modeling the existing buildings from blueprints and create renderings to depict improvements which included several options for paint color schemes and other architectural elements. The renderings were used as a tool to help the association present concepts to the owners and get community approvals.
